first_img1 Klaas-Jan Huntelaar celebrates his goal for Schalke against Chelsea Schalke striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has not ruled out playing in the Premier League and will make a decision over his future at the end of the season.The Dutch international, 31, has been linked with numerous clubs including Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool, but admits he has not thought about his next move yet.The powerful forward has played in virtually every European division except the Premier League, having enjoyed spells at Ajax, Real Madrid and AC Milan.Huntelaar, out of contract at the end of this campaign, struggled with injury last term but still struck 14 goals in 21 appearances.He demonstrated his goalscoring prowess at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night to earn Schalke a point against Chelsea, and he is likely to again be on the radar of English clubs next summer.Huntelaar said: “I don’t know where the speculation has come from. I was in Schalke and I heard it. The rumours on August 31 [transfer deadline day] somebody used my name and I don’t know what’s happening.“It’s [the Premier League] a nice league and you never know what’s happening. My mind is now on Schalke. I have a contract until the end of the season, maybe we’re going to talk someday.”last_img
