first_imgTOLEDO, OHIO – Hockey legend Gordie Howe, who was known as “Mr. Hockey” has died at his Ohio home.The hockey legend’s passing happened early this morning and has been confirmed by the Detroit Red Wings. Howe is considered one of the greatest hockey players of all time, and is the only NHL player to have played in five different decades, from his debut with the Red Wings in 1946 until his retirement in 1980.
